Hygienic Wall Systems

Protek Hygienic Wall Systems are ultra hygienic and bendable, and can withstand bumping of carts and other vehicles. They can be used on ceilings with minimal maintenance required and installed over existing smooth walls. Protek Hygienic Wall Systems can be used floor to ceiling or as a wainscot.

Antimicrobial Hygienic Wall Systems

Kydex Antimicrobial 150 MB Sheet with Microban is a proprietary thermoplastic alloy that is used for wall protection, laminating, and thermoforming applications requiring a Class 1/A building code. Microban protection is built-in to continuously fight the growth of microbes. Microban antimicrobial technology inhibits the growth of bacteria that can cause stains, odors, and product deterioration, which keeps wall and ceiling surfaces cleaner between cleanings.

Stainless Steel Wall Protection

Stainless steel cladding is required behind the cooking suite and walls experiencing extreme heat. Stainless Steel Cladding is easy cleaned and can give the very modern, hygienic look.

CRS V-Groove Stainless Steel Crash Rail

This stainless steel crash rail combines maximum impact protection with a clean, modern design. Stainless steel reduces bacterial growth, and allows for the use of harsh cleaners, while the V-groove design adds rigidity and visual interest.

CRS-XSS Stainless Steel Crash Rail

Model CRS-XSS crash rail combines a high-tech look and the durability of stainless steel in a variety of different profiles. CRS-XSS features a wood retainer and is available in #4 satin or the same embossed patterns as our handrail, corner guards, kick plates and sheet wall protection.

I-Beam Stainless Steel Crash Rail

I-Beam crash rails, available in stainless steel or aluminum, provide easily maintained, indestructible protection in lab or hospital environments where sterility is a concern. The material resists bacterial growth and stands up to even the harshest chemical cleaning agents. Also available with adhesive applied brackets (CRAT-100) for an even smoother, cleaner look.

Excellent for labs, food service environments, hotels, function rooms, especially when adhesive applied, to minimize the growth of dirt and bacteria. All feature heavy protection, and combine well with our CRSP-XSS wall guard for a clean, crisp look.
